• 1 Day program – $12,000/group
• 2 Day program – $22,000/group
• 3 Day program – $32,000/group

RAL Commercial Individual Pricing: All programs include one instructor and materials. Training conducted at local venue. Program minimum of 10 people.

• 1 Day program – $1,300/person
• 2 Day program – $2,300/person
• 3 Day program – $3,000/person

Customized Courses: Based on the leader’s assessment, HigherEchelon customizes curriculum to meet the needs of the organization.

RAL Individual Coaching Pricing: Individual coaching sessions are one hour each, performed remotely or at customer location. Travel excluded from the pricing.

• 1 person for 4 sessions – $2,200/person
• 5 people for 4 sessions each – $10,000/group

Team Building Pricing: 1/2 Day Team Building Exercise is $12,000
